Information we collect

When you subscribe, we collect your email address. If you choose to provide them later, we may also collect your name and learning-topic preferences. Our email service may record subscription status, delivery, opens, link clicks, bounces, unsubscribes and spam complaints. Basic website analytics may record aggregated information such as page views, referrers, country and device type.

Please do not send patient information, workplace-confidential information or sensitive clinical details through a NurseKita subscription form or reply.

How we use the information

We use this information to send the NurseKita updates you requested; manage consent, preferences and unsubscribes; check delivery and protect the service from misuse; understand which NurseKita topics are useful; and meet applicable operational or legal requirements.

NurseKita does not sell subscriber information. We do not connect subscriber data to the founder's employer or use it to identify the private operator publicly.

Email service provider

NurseKita uses MailerLite to manage the subscriber list and send email. MailerLite acts as a service provider that processes subscriber information for NurseKita. MailerLite states that subscriber data is stored in European Union data centres and that, for customers outside the EEA, UK and Switzerland, subscriber data may be transferred to the United States under its stated safeguards. Website measurement

At launch, NurseKita plans to use Cloudflare Web Analytics for basic, privacy-focused website measurement. Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel are not planned for the initial launch. Social platforms and linked websites apply their own privacy terms when you visit them.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in a NurseKita email. You may ask to access, correct or delete information associated with your subscription by emailing hello@nursekita.com. We will keep subscriber information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described above, including reasonable operational or legal record-keeping.
